Cellar Subscription FAQs

Do I receive a 10% discount on my purchases?

  • As part of the Cellar Subscription you earn points that can be redeemed on future purchases.

Do I get free shipping?

  • Free shipping for the Cellar Subscription is on any order with a wine subtotal of $225 or more

Do I get complimentary tastings?

  • Points can be redeemed towards reservations. To make a reservation using points please email wineclub@bartierbros.com

What happens to my points if I cancel my Cellar Subscription?

  • If you cancel your subscription any unused points are void.

Can I give my points to someone else to use?

  • Points are non-transferable.

Can I skip shipments?

  • Yes. You can skip any shipment you want. To do so please email wineclub@bartierbros.com

What happens if I skip a shipment?

  • Nothing. Our system simply skips the current shipment and starts to get the next one ready for you.

Can I skip multiple shipments in a row?

  • Yes. This is completely managed by you.

My favourite wines are sold out and I don’t want to order any other wines.

  • If we are sold out of your favourite wine(s) we recommend trying something new (and would be happy to make recommendations for you), but you are welcome to skip a shipment in your online account.

 Can I change the frequency of my shipments?

  • You can adjust the frequency at any time from within your online account.

Can I change the date of my subscription orders?

  • Yes, you can adjust the date of your orders at anytime.

 Can I switch to the Wine Club?

  • Yes, you can switch to the Heritage Club at any time, but once you do any unused points are void.

How do the points work?

Earning Points
For every dollar ($1) spent on wine you earn 1 point.
For example, if you spend $100 you receive 100 points.

Redeeming Points
For every 10 points earned you receive one dollar ($1) to redeem.
For example, if you have 100 points this gives you $10 to redeem at a later date. 

Points can be used their points for up to 85% of a future purchase.
For example, if your order is $100, you can use points for up to a maximum of $85 towards your order. The balance ($15) would be paid by cash/credit/debit.

How do the shipments work?

Frequency
Each shipment is a minimum of 6 bottles, and you choose how often you want to receive your shipments  – every 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months. Your shipment date is determined by the day you sign up and the frequency you choose.
For example, if you sign up on March 23 and select every 2 months your shipments would be:
May 23, July 23, September 23, November 23, January 23, etc.

Wine Selection
Shipments are automatically generated based on your purchase history, but you can always change your order.
For example, if you’ve only every order Rose and Cabernet Franc from us, your order will only every have those 2 wines included. The exception would be if we were sold out of a wine then another wine would be included.

Notifications
Just like the current club option you will receive one email two weeks prior and a second email two days prior to your order processing. Once you receive the first email you are able to make any changes to the wines in your order, shipping address, credit card, etc.
